'Excerpta Phyiologica ex Collegio Celebri Oosterdyk', followed by 'Adnotationes Chirurgicae ex Collegio Celebri Luigtmans': notes of physiological lectures delivered by Johannes Oosterdijk Schacht, Professor of the Theory and Practice of Medicine, and surgical lectures by Pieter Luchtmans, Professor of Anatomy and Surgery, taken by an unidentified student. With a few marginal pen-sketches of surgical instruments.
