    on such days and times in those months as the President shall appoint. 7. At each Meeting of the Council, prior Regulations 11' of Council. to entenng on the general busmess, the minutes of the preceding meeting shall be read. 8. After the minutes have been read and signed, any accounts or business connected with the property of the body corporate shall be considered; and then any reports from committees, officers, or correspond- ents, shall be received. 9. Any Member of the Council, who shall be desirous of introducing any subject for discussion, shall give notice thereof in writing to the Chairman at some previous meeting, or to the Secretary, in time for its announcement in the notice of Meeting. 10. All motions to be considered in the order in which the notices are given, and the issue of the notices to be in accordance with such order. 11.
