    blessings of an appropriate education to the only remaining child¬ ren of physical misfortune, when by so doing it affords a perma¬ nent relief in the case of a class, more positively troublesome at home than any other, except the violently insane. It remains for me only, in closing this report, to do justice to the services rendered by my assistants of every kind, in carrying out the design of the institution.
