Description

Drawing of the profile of the Piltdown Man (Eoanthropus) with the caption "The Piltdown Man (Eoanthropus): a drawing based on skull fragments found in Sussex in 1912 - the lower jaw resembling that of the Peking Man" The caption of the unseen image above is also visible. The illustration comes from an unknown publication and was used in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum's "Pre-history Gallery" in the 1930s.
