Lettering

Fairburn (senior's) edition of the pig-faced lady, of Manchester-Square. Drawn from the information of a female who attended on her. ... The inscription states that that the pig faced lady was born in Ireland and was about 20 years old. A physical description follows, and further details about her maid who received a considerable salary but was forced to leave for fear of Miss Atkinson. Apparently she was the topic of conversation among many sectors of society.
