Description

Traumatic, degenerative, and 'idiopathic' ruptures; 'Missiles as emboli' and the whole question of 'vagabondage' of teterogenous elements in the blood steam: also migration (vagabondage) of foreign bodies: -(1) ordinary (though rare?) migration and (2) so-called ?'embolic migration' by the bloodstream. Trauma as a cause of auricular fibrillation. Missiles and foreign bodies in the myocardium and heart. Also on pneumo-pericardium (traumatic or spontaneous or therapeutic or due to various causes).
