Description

Mouse ear skin. Epithelial cells and blood vessels (green) of the mouse ear skin outlined by expression of myosin II-A-EGFP fluorescence. Sebaceous glands at the base of hair follicles and hair shafts (red) were simultaneously visualized through their intrinsic two-photon autofluorescence.
