From Touraine, France, according to Parkinson, op. cit., p. xv; but on p. 125 he says it "was found in Wiltshire and was originaly in the collection of the Marquis of Donegal." Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquis of Donegal, was also Earl of Belfast
