Description

Shows a case of first pregnancy in a 42-year-old female complicated by mitral incompetence. The pregnancy is terminated due to the condition of the patient, and the patient is sterilised. Five stages in the operation are shown: the median suprapubic abdominal incision; the uterine incision; myomectomy; sterilization; peritoneal toilet.
