It is satisfactory to note that once again—for the second year in succession—income exceeded expenditure, though the margin this time is perilously small. In 1935 the sum was £58 9s. 4d., whereas for 1936 it is only £5 18s. 7d., hut as \the amount spent on goods and materials supplied to the hospital in 1936 is considerably more in that year—£422 8s. 5d., as against
