Description

Two Provista Memory Test Plus, self-administered smell test consisting of a 12 odour strips to identify and record and booklet and pencil, used by patients to detect memory loss, made by Provista Life Sciences, United States, c. 2006. These tests are marketed as in the home self-administered tests for patients worried about dementia or Alzheimer's. The test consists of 12 odour strips designed to assess memory.
