    of Visitors of the Asylum be recommended to have prepared plans, specifications, and estimates, for the erection of the requisite additional accommodation on the present land of the Asylum, in order that the same may be submitted for consideration at the next Michaelmas Sessions, and such orders made thereon as may then appear to be suitable and proper.
