The files were deposited on seven 3.5" floppy disks and have been arranged together by the cataloguer. Disc 1: 6 reports (1998-2003), Disc 2: 5 reports (2004-2009), Disc 3: 3 reports (2007-2009), Disc 4: 1 report (2012), Disc 5: 1 report (2011), Disc 6: 1 report (2013), Disc 7: 1 report (2010)

Transferred on original media as part of accession 2151.

The annual reports were known as the 'Bacon reports' as they were compiled by Dr Lesley Bacon. Following NHS reorganisation in 2013 Lewisham services became part of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. According to information from Dr Watson, Dr Bacon retired in December 2015 and no further annual reports were be produced as it was not a requirement of NHS management to compile such clinical reports.
