    may from time to time delegate all or any of its powers to a sub-committee, or sub-committees, consisting wholly or partly of members of the Committee, and may define the terms of such delegation and revoke or alter the same. The Committee of management shall have the superintendence, control and management of the Hospital and its property and affairs. No one but a Donor of £10 or Annual Subscriber of £l shall be eligible for election as a member of the Committee of Management. TRUSTEES. 4. There shall be not less than three Trustees. The existing Trustees shall continue in office. Should any vacancies occur in the office of a Trustee, the person nominated by the Committee of Management shall be appointed to fill the vacancy ; but it shall not be obligatory to fill any vacancy so long as there are three Trustees. The Trustees shall be ex-officio members of the Committee of Management. All real and leasehold properties, and all investments belonging to the Hospital shall be vested in the Trustees who shall have or arrange for the custody of the documents relating thereto. Such documents shall, when possible, be kept by the Bankers of the Hospital. The Trustees shall deal with all properties and investments of the Hospital for the time being vested in them, and the income thereof, as the Committee of Management shall direct. Monies to be invested shall be invested in accordance with Rule 6. The Trustees shall incur no responsibility for acting on resolutions of the Committee ot Management. TREASURER. 5. The Treasurer or Treasurers shall be appointed at each Annual Meeting. A retiring Treasurer shall be eligible for re-election ; but five days’ notice in writing by Sub-
