    INCOME TAX AND SUR-TAX CONCESSIONS ON CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE BRADFORD NEW ROYAL INFIRMARY. AN INDIVIDUAL who undertakes, by signing a form of agreement to subscribe from income in thirteen equal half-yearly payments is entitled under Section 20 of the Hnance Act 1922 to deduct Income Tax at the current rate from each contribution. The Income Tax so deducted is afterwards reclaimed by the Infirmary from the Inland Revenue. If the subscriber is also liable to Sur-Tax a further saving may be affected as the subscription may be deducted from income when making Sur-Tax returns. A FIRM is entitled to the concession in regard to Income Tax under the same conditions. Further particulars of these concessions will be given on application to the Chairman or House Governor and Secretary, Royal Infirmary, Bradford.
