Undercover angels.

A disturbing undercover investigation into the neglect and malpractice of some NHS nurses. Two experienced health care assistants work undercover in Ealing General Hospital, London and the Royal United Hospital, Bath. Both hospitals are in the bottom third of the NHS tables. We see how one elderly lady is left sitting in a chair, wet and cold with urine, for an hour before the undercover assistant can get proper help. We also see bloody mattresses, filthy bathrooms, lack of clean linen and generally unmotivated staff. All these things can lead to the spread of hospital infections like MRSA, and possibly unnecessary deaths.
