Description

One of the men with his shirt sleeves rolled up holds scrolls inscribed 'Saml. Holme', 'McNiile', 'His own letter', 'Tyrer' and 'truth' as he looks over to the pedestals commenting 'Here you are??? - blaze away???? -short lengths, lots of room - knock'em down.-' Another man wearing a suit and an eye glass holds two scrolls inscribed 'navigation laws' and 'maynooth'. He stands next to another gentleman in a bowler hat who retorts 'go it Bramley, polish em' off - they've no feeling'. Two further bowler hats, a stick and a pair of gloves lie on the floor bottom right
