Description

Borderline tuberculoid (BT) leprosy: dermal nerve This medium power view of a dermal nerve shows a typical neuritis lesion. There is a small, epithelioid cell granuloma, with lymphocytes eroding into the left-hand edge of the nerve (bottom right). A looser granuloma is located near the artery and vein, towards the top left of the slide. H&E stain.
