Chris Hadkiss, London DNA Manager for the Forensic Science Service, gives a detailed interview explaining the processes used by the FSS to establish a person's DNA profile. He explains the new techniques used in the detection method, before amplifications, and takes us through the whole profiling process from the sample extraction to the interpretation of results.
