Medicinal drink dispenser, France, 1840-1910
- Science Museum, London
About this work
This elegant drink dispenser was used to store medicinal drinks to which patients could help themselves by using one of the four taps. It is likely that the dispenser would have held mild medicinal tonics and ‘pick-me-ups’, rather than strong liquid medicines. maker: Unknown maker Place made: France
