Three copies are kept in a BOX, together with a letter written in 1968 by LSHTM Librarian concerning bibliographical differences of the 3 LSHTM Library copies. The title and author are printed in gold letters on the front cover of all 3 copies : NOTES ON NURSING. BY FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE; however there are slight differences in the typefaces. All 3 copies have yellow advertising endpapers, different in all 3 copies
