On the left, a temple of Hercules, approached by five people on horseback, of whom one is Janus (bifacial, holding key) and the others representatives of (left to right) America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Centre foreground a procession of craftspeople (men and women) holding objects indicating their crafts. Right middleground, men and women dressed as pagan priests and vestal virgins.
