Bosom buddies.

This programme presents personal stories from a support group that's become a lifeline for women with breast cancer. Pansies Breast Cancer Support Group is based in Liverpool and has around 30 regular members. The documentary focuses mainly on two women - Anne as she undergoes reconstructive surgery and Christine whose cancer has spread to her liver and bones. The programme very sensitively deals with the women's highs and lows and how the illness affects their close family members.
