Description

The man on the right (marked '1') carries a banner. On the left (2), the doctor looks into a mirror, worrying about his colour. The doctor with the clyster in his pocket appears to be metamorphosing into a horse (3). He may be discussing a possible medical discovery with the other man (4), who is saying "this will deliver us from the Greeks"
