1-42 Correspondence and papers of the brothers Cosimo (d. c. 1635) and Sebastiano Zefferini, of Cortona, relating to their financial dealings with the bank in Venice of Antonio Francesco Deti and Francesco Galilei, and later of Francesco and Bendetto Galilei.

43-75 Correspondence and papers relating to persons associated with Galileo, and to members of the Galilei family, including Cardinals Pietro Aldobrandini, Bonifacio Bevilacqua, Carlo Conti, Benedetto Giustiniani, Berlinghiero Gessi, and Ludovico Ludovisi; Giorgio Bolognetti, Bishop of Rieti, Virgilio Malvezzi, Bartolomeo Galilei, banker at Lyons, Filippo Galilei, Bishop of Cortona, and others.
