14th in a series of 50 colour cigarette cards issued in 1939 by British American Tobacco promoting physical fitness through exercise (in the months preceding the second World War). Cards 1-25 showed exercises for women (by the coach to the British Women's Olympic Team, 1936) and cards 26-50 showed exercises for men.
