Booklet containing mathematical tables (logarithms, antilogarithms, sines, cosines, tangents, weights and measures etc.) advertising Tate & Lyle sugar. A brief history of sugar as a foodstuff is given as its geography, botany, chemistry, cultivation, extraction, refining and distribution. Includes illustrations inside the factory and a large sugar tanker lorry. The front has the company's trademark Mr. Cube dressed as a teacher with a mortarboard, cane and book of logarithms in his left hand.
