Manuscript letter on p 79 of Memoirs by Francis Galton, vol 7 (1873-1910). Letter to the editor of The Times concerning an article on the Metropolitan Police and the injustice to Galton by attributing the system of identification to Edward Henry. He continued by discussing Galton's published work on fingerprinting.
