Description

Leaflet asking people to write to their MPs asking them to press the European Council of Ministers to pass the legislation to end cosmetic tests on animals. Printed in red and black on white paper. The front has a red banner across the top with 'Stop press' repeated and a photograph of a person in a laboratory rabbit suit against the European flag. A photograph of Toyah Wilcox and Carla Lane with MPs outside Parliament is on the other side.
