Description

"Two socialist scientists' conferences have been held, in Manchester in March 1969 and in Coventry in December 1969. Following the Coventry conference, we have started a socialist scientists' bulletin, "Red Scientist". "Red Scientist" publishes articles on science (ie the natural sciences) and science in society from various socialist veiwpoint. The articles includes book reviews, articles on history, philosophy and sociology of sciewnce, on problems of the political mobilisation of scientists, etc."--From no. 3, page 3.
