    TESTIMONIALS. I have carefully examined the Invalid Bedstead/' invented by C. D. Van Allen, and in my opinion it combines more conveniences than anything of the kind I have ever seen. The readiness with which the bed is moved, and entirely changed, without disturbing the patient, constitutes its great excellence. It will greatly abridge the labors of a nurse, and every way add to the comfort of the sick and afflicted, as well as those in health. VALENTINE MOTT, M. D. New York. July 1, 1854. I am sure it supplies an important desideratum, not only in the practice ot surgery, but in all cases in which the patient is required to keep his bed.
