About this work

Description

Pneumonia: Mycoplasma This image shows a plain chest x-ray from a 7-year-old child with community acquired pneumonia. There is bilateral consolidation in the lingula (the anatomical region of the left lung that corresponds to the right middle lung) and the right lower lobe. No causative organism was isolated although mycoplasma was suspected. The child recovered fully.
