This film forms part of a collection of films donated to Wellcome Trust in 2006 by Queen Mary's Hospital, Roehampton Lane, London.
Film is warped, dirty and scratched.
Upon receipt, the film was housed in a small brown box when it was received which has been retained in the film store. The original material has been re-housed.
