Two images on one negative: the first depicts a scene in St. James's Workhouse (from the "microcosm of London", 1808), and the second shows a model by J. B. Thory of a treatment centre according to the Ministry of Health's type, plan for premises of 60' x 30' dimensions. The model illustrates four examination cubicles and four for irrigation.
