TOMES borough council To the Chairman and Members of the Public Health Committee Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen, I beg to submit the Annual Report on the health of the District for 1965. During that time Dr. McQuaid was your Medical Officer of Health. My thanks are due to Mr. Elliott, Chief Public Health Inspector, and Mr. Foster Pearson, Engineer, for a great deal of the contents of the Report, and also to Miss Taylor who collected and correlated the information.
