    H E Hofpital built near the City of London by the French Proteftant Refugees in Great Britain, is fituate in the Parifh of St Luke, in the County of Middlefex, and ftands upon a Piece of Ground purchafed of the Ironmongers Company, the 27th of March 17id, for a Term of 990 Years. To this they added in the Year 1736, another Piece of Ground which lies contiguous to it, on which for¬ merly flood a Building commonly called the PeJ}-HduJey and which they bought of the City of London foi a Term of 970 Years. These two Purchafes taken together contain about four Acres and an half ; abutting Eafl on the Foot-way leading to Iflington ; North on the Fields; Weft on feme Houles belonging to the Ironmongers Company ; and South on Anchor-Alley.
