Trauma flashback : gifted children.

The first item on the programme looks at how traumatic experiences can lead to flashbacks - sudden and vivid sensory reminders of the original traumatic situation. The second item is about gifted children; we hear from the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth and learn about the specific emotional and educational needs of the children there, plus the latest neurological and psychological research in the area.
