GOODHART, M.B. _ The subject of follicular disease has already received atten- tion in a former volume of the ' Guy's Hospital Reports/ at the hands of Mr. Coot and Mr.Birkett;^ and more recently Mr Prescott Hewett in an article on Sebaceous Tumours of the Cranial Region, - has again given some details as to its nature On Its chnical aspect, perhaps, nothing more need be said, and on that head I shall do little more than remark that a disease which puts on so many of the features of epithelial cancer, and yet If removed is of an innocent nature, needs nothing further to recommend it to the careful study of the pathologist. Its mmute anatomy, however, and etiological relations are still bui deficiently known from the want of more numerous detailed cases and I have, therefore, thought it worth while to put on record, m the present short communication, the microscoDical appearances of two such growths which have lately come under my notice.
