About this work

Description

Shows how this can improve the efficiency of the heart, lung and metabolism. Exercise is needed to supplement modern western lifestyle because physical activity has decreased while food intake, especially of saturated fats, has increased. Degenerative heart diseases, such as coronary sclerosis, are associated with lack of exercise and controlled physical training can be used in both the prevention and rehabilitation of these illnesses.
