    SUPPLEMENT TO ANNUAL RETURN on Form O.S.R.1A - Year ending 31 <>12.69 INSPECTION ARRANGEMENTS The inspection programme provides for a general inspection of all r egistered premises once per annum. Any defects or contraventions noted are immediately notified to the occupier. A follow-up inspection is then made and if no satisfactory remedial action has been taken, a report is made to the Council. The Council*s normal procedure is to notify the occupier that if the matter is not put right within a specified period, proceedings will be instituted without further warning. No prosecution has yet been found necessary. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS There are no matters on which special comment is necessary this year. ACCIDENTS The accidents notified during the year were all of a minor character, mostly involving strains and bruises due to careless handling of goods.
