Lawrence Koomson is a doctor who suffers from the rare hormonal disorder, Kallman's Syndrome. Lacking the male steroid hormone testosterone, he's never experienced acne, has never grown a hair and has never had an erection, despite being in his early 30s. This programme follows him as he begins treatment and goes through a late puberty.
