About this work

Description

The Aids epidemic has orphaned around 750,000 children in one of Africa's richer countries, South Africa. The government promised to provide free anti-Aids drugs across the country, but it has yet to honour its word. This emotive film chronicles the tragic plight of youngsters from three families in rural areas of the KwaZulu-Natal province to see how HIV/Aids has affected the children. Presented by Brian Woods.
