About this work

Description

Lepros: treatment of lagophthalmos (inability to fully close eyes) This man sleeps with a cloth wrapped over his eyes. This protects the eyes from dust and foreign bodies. This is especially important for patients with lagophthalmos as their eyes may be open during sleep. It is important to ensure that the cloth does not touch the cornea.
