Description

A die cut card issued by W.B. Mason of 26 High Holborn, London, probably in the 1880s and distributed through Taylors' Drug Co. Ltd., 196 Leeds Road, Bradford among other places. It advertised Clifford Hair Restorer which was supposed to stop hair falling out, remove scurf and dandruff and restore the hair's natural colour. The card shows the upper half of a smiling young woman with a profusion of golden hair and her hands raised to her chin. Text is on the reverse.
