Description

The first item on the programme looks at how although childhood adversity can be directly connected to later psychological difficulty and mental illness, little is known about how it affects the wider population. The second item is on the psychology of dance. Neurological research has pinpointed the part of the brain that is activated when we watch dancing. The third item is about the geography of thinking. Psychologist Professor Richard Nisbett's new book 'The Geography of Thought' which challenges the traditional view in this field.
