    KATES OF BOARD. The following are the present Rates of Board, subject, however, to such alterations as the Directors shall judge proper, which must necessarily vary according to the state of the funds and the expenses of the establishment. • The Board in all cases must be paid quarterly and in advance. Before the t entry of a Patient, the Board to be paid up for one quarter. I. For Private Patients. First Class - £25 0 0 per Annum. Note.—This rate is only for special cases, admitted by authority of the Directors. Second Class - - - £40 0 0 per Annum. Third Class - - - - 60 0 0 >> Fourth Class - - - 120 0 0 Fifth Class - - - 180 0 0 II. For Pauper Patients (including Clothes, &c.) 11/- to 12/6 per week. When a Patient is admitted, one Quarter’s Board, as fixed by the Directors, ! shall be paid in advance to the Medical Superintendent, and afterwards in advance quarterly to the Treasurer, on the 1st day of January, the 1st of April, ■ the 1st of July, and the 1st of October. No part of any payment in advance, except in the case of paupers, shall be returned, except in special cases, to be judged of by the Committee of Management ; and if any Patients who have been removed shall return to the Asylum, they shall be admitted in the same manner as if they had never been in the Asylum, and pay accordingly. The Patients shall have no claim to remuneration for work done in the House. Ladies and Gentlemen requiring the benefit of the Institution can be accom¬ modated with commodious apartments, distinct from the other Patients, with a servant if required.
