Copy of the Surgical Report on the case of Sir Henry Sidney, Lord Deputy of Ireland and Lord President of Wales. Extracted from the Irish Correspondence in His Majesty's State Paper Office 1567/8. Copied by Robert Lemon, May 18th, 1831. With attached holograph note by Thomas Joseph Pettigrew [1791-1865]. The subject of this Report, who suffered from stone, was the father of Sir Philip Sidney [1554-1586]. Produced in London.
