The work of contemporary artist Tim Hawkinson covers a range of media: installation, sculpture, drawing, kinetic art and sound art - often using materials found around the home or sourced at a hardware shop. Much of his work focuses on the human body, skin, emotions on the face, the human nervous system and sensory perception.
