Description

Agapostemon The Agapostemon is a bee from the family Halictidae and common to the Western Hemisphere. They are referred to as sweat bees as some bees among this family can be attracted by human sweat, the agapostemon however is not one of those. The bees have a bright metallic green head and thorax.
