Vector control: insecticide spraying

The inside of this tent is being sprayed with residual insecticide in a refugee camp in an area endemic for cutaneous leishmaniasis near Kabul, Afghanistan. All the contents of the tent, including the possessions of the inhabitants, are removed while the sprayman is treating the tent. See also images W0046185 and W0046186.
